Celebrating Abraham's Birthday as a Family [Eng-Esp]

Hello, my beautiful people, happy start to the week, many blessings to all. Today is a very special day for the whole family; Abraham is turning 16. How time flies! And as the family we are, we couldn't let this important date for him and for us pass by unnoticed, so we celebrated his birthday in a simple way, but full of love and affection.

From the moment we woke up, my son César went out to buy what we needed for the celebration, as much as our budget allowed. When he came back with everything, he started making the cake, and when it was ready, I decorated it with chocolate prepared my way. I put up the birthday banner, cut out the number 16; I also placed his gifts on the table from us: a battery-operated razor and a Transformer phone.

The birthday boy went out in the afternoon with his friends to the beach and then to play soccer, which is his passion. When he arrived around 10:00, he was met with a huge surprise; he was so excited about the gifts. Sofia made him a little birthday sign especially for him. After that, the whole family sang "Happy Birthday" to him, filled with joy and happiness.

Abraham made a birthday wish; I hope God grants it to him very soon. The whole family hugged and kissed him to congratulate him again and wish him all the best in the world. Then he cut his slice of cake, grabbing a good-sized piece, by the way, so we wouldn't be left out. I followed Abraham's example and cut equal pieces for everyone, which we enjoyed with soda, or "refresco," as we call it here in our country, Venezuela.

Celebrando el cumpleaños de Abrahán en familia

Hola, mi gente hermosa, feliz inicio de semana, muchas bendiciones para todos. Hoy es un día muy especial para toda la familia; Abrahán está de cumpleaños número 16. ¡Qué rápido pasa el tiempo! Y como la familia que somos, no pudimos dejar pasar esta fecha tan importante para él y para nosotros, así que como pudimos le celebramos su cumpleaños de una manera sencilla, pero llena de mucho amor y cariño.
Desde que nos levantamos, mi hijo César salió a comprar lo que hacía falta para la celebración, hasta donde alcanzaba el bolsillo. Al llegar con todo comprado, comenzó a hacer la torta y, cuando estuvo lista, yo la adorné con chocolate preparado a mi manera. Le acomodé el cartel de cumpleaños, le recorté el número 16; además, le coloqué en la mesa sus regalos por parte de nosotros, una máquina de afeitar a batería y un teléfono transforme.
El cumpleañero salió por la tarde con sus amigos para la playa y luego a jugar fútbol, que es su pasión. Cuando llegó a las 10 y algo, se consiguió con toda la sorpresa; estaba muy emocionado por los obsequios. Sofía le hizo un pequeño cartel de cumpleaños especialmente para él. Después de eso le cantamos feliz cumpleaños toda la familia, lleno de alegría y felicidad.
