After a long time, without being able to enjoy my caffeinated beverage in the afternoons, I was finally able to have a good cup in the company of my husband, with trepidation still. As I had told you before, I feel insomnia when I drink coffee after 12 o'clock in the afternoon. I can't tell you how happy I was to try it yesterday after several days with the virosis. I was talking with my husband and he was provoked by a cup of coffee, I began my ritual of preparation, I had no intention of taking a cup, to give it an extra touch, I added cinnamon to the water, the aroma was impregnating and addictive at the same time, smelling the freshly brewed coffee, made me decide to take a cup, I was already mentalized that at night I would not sleep, I preferred to run with the consequences, I was not willing to reject that cup that my body asked to take, I let myself go by my instincts, without further ado.

When I finished preparing the coffee, I poured two cups. My husband loves the mug I gave him last year on the day of love and friendship, so I served him in it and for me, the Blanquita mug, since I bought it, I have my Jumbo mug abandoned 🫣. When we got to the dining room, my husband was surprised that I brought two cups, he didn't say anything to me, he let me just enjoy it, which I appreciated, I didn't feel questioned, that was a good start. We continued talking, we laughed remembering old times when we were sweethearts, more than 25 years have passed since then, time passed very fast, they were moments of much love, satisfaction, joy. We spent most of the time together, we went everywhere on our semi racing bicycles, without a doubt, those were the best times for us, I remember them very pleasantly.

I poured some more coffee for my husband, I didn't want to overdo it with another cup, I preferred to pass, although I already knew that I wouldn't sleep. Thank God, I was able to sleep at 11 o'clock at night, that made me very happy, I hope that this effect is maintained in me and I can continue enjoying my coffees in the afternoons, it would be great for me, I would return to socialize with my family and friends, without rejecting their cups of coffee. It is those little moments in the company of our loved ones and our best drink, that make our life more pleasant and bearable, to be able to feel again to enjoy my drink in the afternoon, is a ritual that I had already abandoned for a long time, it had kept me away from enjoying coffee afternoons. I feel happy for this advance, I thought that I would not have this opportunity anymore.
