Okokoro: A food to taste πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

Good day lovelies πŸ₯°πŸ₯° and welcome to this week's creative Sunday and for today's participation,I prepared my best native food okokoro.Some might find the name funny 🀣🀣🀣 or somehow,but that is what it is😚. Okokoro is a food made from blended corn and so on, you'll know more in the preparation,let's go 😚😚

Ingredients:
Corn
Palm oil
Beans
Oil bean seed [Ukpaka]
Garden egg leaf
Scent leaf
Onions
Pepper
Salt
Maggi

Preparation:
You first blend corn together with fresh pepper.
Put the blended corn in a bowl,add beans, palm oil,Ukpaka and turn all.

Add the vegetables,onions,salt,maggi and turn all.

Put the mixture in plantain leaf and fold.

Cook for 1hour and 30minutes and enjoy.

I would have tried out this recipe to know how it tastes because it has beans but I don't know what ukpaka is 😒
