Are you someone who likes to travel and then look for a hotel to rest?
Last Tuesday I went to Jakarta and stayed at a five star hotel. This hotel is close to my husband's work place. Besides having special interests and meeting my husband, the kids and I want to go on holiday.
If I have time I want to visit several places in this city, coincidentally the children are on two days off.
No need to worry about looking for a hotel, because I came to the capital so it was easy for me to find a hotel to stay.
We stayed at Hotel Aston Kartika, Grogol, West Jakarta. This hotel just opened in 2019.
This is my first experience staying at this hotel.

The first time I arrived, I was greeted by some very friendly security guards. After inviting us in, I immediately headed to the lobby to check in at the hotel.
Hotel Lobby with a Very Luxurious Design
The decoration of this hotel still has a Chinese New Year theme with lanterns and red cloth.
The hanging lamp model is also very luxurious, the chairs and sofa are blue.
Don't forget the perfectly arranged ornamental plants, the marble wall color and the excellent design with beautiful colors make this room look very expensive and luxurious. I was very impressed and happy with the friendly service from the hotel receptionist.
After getting the card and room I went straight to the room on the seventh floor. Because there were four of us staying, I ordered a room with one large bed.
Seventh Floor Room number 705
I got room number 705 on the seventh floor, cream colored walls and a brown door with a wooden pattern. Apart from that, there is also a long hallway in front of the room. The floor of this hallway is covered with a red carpet.
When I opened the door and entered the room I was amazed by the design of the room I was going to live in. This is a luxurious room design with lots of lights installed in several corners of the room.
Luxury Room Design 705
The wall colors in this room are dominant in cream and brown. This room is equipped with a TV, hot water, refrigerator, mini bar, safe and cupboard.
The rooms are very neat, clean and fragrant. The bed is quite large, complete with white sheets and bed covers. We were also given four very soft pillows.
Trash cans and footwear have been prepared here.
Bathroom and Toilet
The walls and floor of this bathroom are completely covered in ceramic or granite. Inside there is also a sink glass, clean towels, tissue, soap, shampoo, Pepsodent, toothbrush, hair dryer and a glass for gargling. This hotel uses sitting toilets, bathroom dividers and toilets use glass. There are two types of showers in it.
Mini bar and Fridge
There is a mini bar complete with electric kettle, glasses, spoons, coffee, tea and various types of sugar. Makes it easier for those of you who like drinking tea or coffee. Apart from the mini bar, this room also provides a small refrigerator to store food and drinks.
Cupboard, table, chairs and several wall mirrors
There are tables and chairs in the room, two mirrors and a cupboard with a safe in it. You can safely store your belongings while staying at this place. But I forgot to take a photo.
Beautiful view
This north facing room uses glass walls covered with two layers of curtains, from here we can see views of the city of Jakarta which is full of tall buildings.
The weather is very sunny with blue skies, green trees and busy vehicle traffic visible from this floor.
This was a pleasant experience while staying here, I felt calm and comfortable. I can rest well, the added value is that I can see the city view from here.

Vehicle parking and lobby are also very spacious. Easy access to various places, this hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city so the streets around the hotel are never quiet.
