Friends, I found morel mushrooms in my garden yesterday. Which we call Gucchi in our local language. This is the most expensive naturally growing mushroom. So today I am sharing its recipe with all of you.
1.First of all I clean it with water so that the dust stuck in it gets cleaned.
- After that I cut it into two parts with a knife.
- I cut some onion, garlic and tomato into small pieces.
- After heating some mustard oil in a pan on the gas, I add half a pinch of cumin and garlic to it.
- After the garlic turns light golden, I add onion to it and prepare the gravy on low flame. the gravy is ready, I add half a cup of water in it so that the gravy does not burn.
- After that I add salt, turmeric, ground coriander and dry chilli as per taste.
- After preparing the gravy, I add chopped tomatoes to it.
- After the tomatoes melt, I add morel mushrooms to it and leave it to cook on low flame for ten minutes.
After ten minutes I turn off the gas and the morel mushroom is ready. We eat it with roti. It tastes like chicken.
