A Farmer's Routine in Narkanda
Hello Hive family🙏 So after waking up at 6:00 AM, freshening up and drinking water, the first thing I do is sit in a quiet place for 10 to 15 minutes. And I try to give myself time to decide what work needs to be done today.
So after having breakfast I go to Narkanda market with milk. Then after coming back from Narkanda market, I serve breakfast to the guests coming to the homestay. And then I wash the utensils which were lying in the sink for two days.
Then I head towards my apple orchard. After the pruning work done in the garden, I make a paste of Blitox and linseed oil for the thick cuts in the trees.
I start applying them on the wounds on tree branches.
Which takes about 3 to 4 hours! , We apply this paste to prevent canker in trees.
After the sun sets, I light the stove and start preparing dinner.
