Roaming The Shore of Mactan Island

Hello everyone, this is natz04 and welcome to my blog. This is my first time to make a blog in #Pinmapple and I'm glad I have found this community. So stay tune and I'll bring you to the shore of Mactan Island here in Lapu-lapu City.

Before the sun rises, it's time to wake up and get ready for the belongings. Since it is my oneways of bonding my wife and children, going to the seashore to catch seashells and sea urchin. Doing with a walk, we get to the shore as early as the early seabirds. Waiting for the lowtide inorder to get some different kinds of edible seashells and sea urchins. Inspired to take a look to the sorroundings, I was amazed sight seeing the view of the morning sun which reflects into my face and about to rise, suddenly got a photographs.

The high rise buildings of Sheraton hotel in Punta Engaño that overlook to the shoreline. Which clearly stating a highly urbanized city sitting towards Mactan Shrine.

To the left side, the cargo ship that carried
by the strong wind of super typhoon Odette in the year 2022 which duct and needs ro be repaired.

And looking upward which I can see and hear the noisy sound of arriving planes came from the (MCIA) Mactan Cebu International Airport.

I was inspired to take a shot of these fishermen's companion bringing their fishing equipment going to the deeper portion of the seas inorder to catch fish and seashells. And when they going back home with their catch fish and seashells. Which already a viand for their family or even sold it on the market at a fair price. And can be able to buy a kilo of rice and basic consumption for their family.

And I was also inspired to take a photographs of my children happily and enjoying taking a pose towards the sorrounding.

Right after, we had our simple breakfast. Eating together with the food that we bring while my wife and I eat our catch sea urchins. By the way, sea urchins is an exotic food with spikes which is usually eats in raw. Which is the taste is something sweet and salty.

After eating get chill under the shade of a mangroves. Which it was really cools to be with because it gives relaxation.

Beautiful artworks of nature which this tree serves also as the breeding shed of fishes during high tides. And a resting or even nesting habitat of sea birds during night.

Few hours, we decided to go back home because our stomach was already full and we had also our viand. And the others give it to my neighbor because they also wants a freshly catch seashells.
