My First Harvest Of Malabar Spinach

Hello, hello gardening hivers, this is natz04 and welcome again to my blog.

Always inspired to be green and healthy living for having a veggie sometimes. As I roam around my backyard vegetable garden inorder to have a harvest of my vegetables. Then something catch my attention which I notices that my malabar spinach vegetables. It has already it's healthy and long stalk leaves because of a successive rains. Which it is already had a plenty of leaves on it's stalks.

So immediately I told my eldest daughter to get a scissor and a box container. To where I put my malabar spinach vegetables harvest. I'd used scissor to pick and cut the stalk stem so that it will not be totally destructed with it's other newly growing stem. Which I have carefully cut the stalk and leaves. And since this kind of vegetables is just easily to grow when it was cutted off. Compare to the other vegetables that needs a proper care and attention which these kind is just grows of it's own. And after I pick the malabar spinach on my backyard vegetable garden. I told my wife to buy some of the spices and ingredients of my recipe.

Which is also very perfect because we have no viand for our breakfas. And with that I immediately wash these fresh and newly harvest malabar spinach vegetables properly. And then cutted it into an inch and prepare my needed ingredients.

Which is the ingredients for my recipe for breakfast are; cut malabar spinach stalk and leaves, onion, garlic, red pepper, edible oil, seasoning, salt, soy sauce, water.and of course sardines.

After preparing the neccessary ingredients and kitchen utensils for cooking. After awhile I started immediately in cooking my malabar spinach combined with our local sardines.

So then, it is now my cooking steps:

• First and foremost turn on the stove and heat the frying pan. Pour the edible oil and add the slice onion. Following with the flattened garlic and the red pepper then fry it. Then add the sardines and fry it for a seconds.

• Next to that add already the cutted malabar spinach vegetables and cover it. Cook it for 10 minutes in a constant fire until it was properly cooked. And when it is already soften and smoothen, then pour the soy sauce. Followed the small amount of salt and seasoning.

• After a while, when it is properly cook. Then now finish with my ginisang malabar spinach vegetables with sardines recipe. And it is ready to serve and eat.

Thus, being an initiative in other simple things like planting vegetables can really solve a daily viand consumption. Which backyard planting and gardening has really helpful in every viand necessity.
