Tiene su forma de pensar y comportarse como cualquier adolescente de su edad, solo que con la diferencia de tener una maldición en un mundo fantástico repleto de magia, brujas y peligros de todo tipo. La forma en la que vemos desarrollar a Meg Raspberry a lo largo del anime es admirable, ya que al tomar la decisión de recolectar lágrimas de felicidad de gente que piensa ayudar hace que se envuelva en un sinfín de situaciones que la pondrán a prueba constantemente.

Otro detalle que me gustaría mencionar de este anime es la forma tan interesante de describirnos cómo es este mundo fantástico, contemporáneo y a la vez un tanto postapocalíptico (si se puede decir). Si bien el anime no tiene sus momentos de acción con batallas épicas entre magos y brujas, sí tiene sus momentos inolvidables donde la magia es la protagonista. Me gusta que este tipo de historias no se centran en la típica trama explotada de héroes y villanos. Sino que se centra más en la búsqueda de la felicidad, repartida en diferentes casos y vidas de todo tipo.

Un punto más a favor que tiene este anime es que, a pesar de sus numerosos personajes femeninos que tiene, no posee casi nada de fanservice. Hablando de personajes, la mayoría consiguen llamar la atención de maneras particulares en esta serie. Aparte de nuestra protagonista, de la cual ya hablamos suficiente, también tenemos a varios de los “Siete Sabios” que son como los magos más poderosos de este mundo mágico. Last but not least, let's talk about the audiovisual aspect of this anime. While it's not one of its strongest points, the studio in charge does one of its best jobs with this adaptation. Starting with the character design, the drawing style, the details, the visual effects, and the bright and vivid color palette are the most striking aspects of all. It may sometimes suffer from fluidity in its animation, but it makes up for it with its excellent work in terms of setting and landscapes. The sound effects are good, but what stands out most is the soundtrack, which perfectly conveys the emotions of each episode. If you're looking for something different from the usual fantasy genre, this anime is for you.

Empezando por el diseño de los personajes, el estilo de dibujo, los detalles, los efectos visuales y la paleta de colores vivos y brillantes son de lo más llamativo de todo. Puede que a veces padezca de fluidez en su animación, pero lo compensa que tenga un muy buen trabajo en cuanto a ambientación y paisajes. Los efectos de sonido están bien, pero lo que más atrae es su banda sonora, la cual consigue transmitir de forma perfecta las emociones que tienen sus episodios.
