Hola, mis amigos de Hive, es un placer estar con ustedes una vez más. En esta oportunidad les daré un breve y emotivo resumen de lo que fue mi 2025, siempre agradeciendo por todo lo bueno y lo malo, ya que nos sirve de aprendizaje.
El año 2025 fue un año de reto para mí personalmente y también para mi familia; hubo cambios que jamás esperamos que podían ocurrir, pero que sí teníamos la convicción de que estaban por suceder. También fue un año de aprendizaje, de retos y amor para mí. Desde su comienzo nos vimos sumergidos en un mar de limitaciones para nosotros como familia, pero que luego dimos un giro y tomamos la rienda. Fue un año de conocer nuevas personas, de conocer lugares, de estar en familia y de cambio, sobre todo. Para mí, este 2025 que pasó fue el año de ver las cosas en modo incógnito y darnos cuenta de quién es quién; fue un año de perder conocidos y de ganar amistades.

Hello, my friends at Hive, it is a pleasure to be with you once again. On this occasion, I will give you a brief and emotional summary of what my 2025 was like, always grateful for all the good and the bad, as it serves as a learning experience.
The year 2025 was a challenging year for me personally and also for my family; there were changes that we never expected to happen, but we were convinced that they were about to happen. It was also a year of learning, challenges, and love for me. From the beginning, we found ourselves immersed in a sea of limitations for us as a family, but then we turned things around and took control. It was a year of meeting new people, discovering new places, spending time with family, and above all, change. For me, 2025 was a year of seeing things in incognito mode and realizing who is who; it was a year of losing acquaintances and gaining friends.

En un breve recorrido de mi año, les hablaré de lo más relevante. Con esto, puedo decir que mi inicio de año, en este espacio, puedo afirmar que mi hijo, a principios de 2025, pudo cumplir varias metas en el karate y las que aún le faltan por culminar. Fue un año bueno, a pesar de no haber pasado de cinta en este mes de diciembre pasado, pero aun así está satisfecho por el trabajo que realizó mi hijo. Por otro lado, para mí, este año fue el de las pruebas, ya que en 2025 mi hermano tuvo un accidente en el que por poco pierde la vida. Fue un mes de febrero muy difícil que pasamos en el hospital, casi 20 días en los que me fui de mi hogar solo para estar al lado de mi hermano. Un año que me enseñó que la vida está en un hilo y que la podemos perder en cuestión de segundos. Sin duda alguna, fue un año de aprendizaje para toda la familia y, principalmente, para mi hermano. Considero que eso fue lo más relevante de este año pasado.
Para los meses de marzo y abril logramos obtener y comprar nuestra casa, algo que me tenía muy mal y ansiosa, pero que al fin se pudo cumplir. Fue un año de mudanzas que nos enseñó que lo más importante es estar mejor, tanto para mí como para mi familia. Fue un año de cambios personales y de hogar, lo cual nos mantuvo bien, ya que arreglar nuestro hogar era lo que más queríamos, un lugar para atender a nuestras familias y amigos, un templo que nos llevó a tener una vida más tranquila. En este 2025 que pasó, pude agradecer a Dios por todas las cosas que han ocurrido, que para bien o para mal, son aprendizajes que nos llevamos para toda la vida. Para mí, este primer trimestre fue fuerte emocionalmente, pero agradezco a Dios por la vida, una entrada de año en la que me propuse muchas cosas, pero que el destino logró cambiar.
In a brief review of my year, I will tell you about the most relevant events. With that said, I can say that at the beginning of the year, in this space, I can affirm that my son, at the beginning of 2025, was able to achieve several goals in karate and those that he still has yet to complete. It was a good year, despite not having advanced in rank this past December, but he is still satisfied with the work my son did. On the other hand, for me, this year was one of trials, as in 2025 my brother had an accident in which he nearly lost his life. It was a very difficult February that we spent in the hospital, almost 20 days in which I left my home just to be by my brother's side. It was a year that taught me that life hangs by a thread and that we can lose it in a matter of seconds. Without a doubt, it was a year of learning for the whole family and, above all, for my brother. I think that was the most significant thing about this past year.
In March and April, we managed to find and buy our house, something that had me feeling very bad and anxious, but which we were finally able to accomplish. It was a year of change that taught us that the most important thing is to be better, both for me and for my family. It was a year of personal and domestic changes, which kept us going, as fixing up our home was what we wanted most: a place to welcome our families and friends, a sanctuary that led us to a more peaceful life. In this past 2025, I was able to thank God for all the things that have happened, which, for better or worse, are lessons we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. For me, this first quarter was emotionally difficult, but I thank God for life, a start to the year in which I set out to do many things, but which fate managed to change.
🎄 Aprendiendo de la vida 🎄
MI VIDA; MI AÑO
Este año pudimos obtener nuestra lavadora, nuestra cocina, nuestros aires acondicionados y el juego de comedor, que fue en septiembre. También conseguimos muchas cosas materiales que necesitábamos en la vida, algunas por necesidad y otras para remodelar lo que ya teníamos. Para mí, fue un año muy bueno en algunos aspectos, ya que me abrió caminos para obtener lo que se necesitaba en casa y dejar el trabajo duro de lado, ya que durante varios meses lavaba la ropa a mano y eso es muy agotador. Aunque algunas veces alquilaba lavadoras, pero era un gasto para nosotros. También, porque a comienzos de año estuvimos alquilados. En este 2023 que pasó, también conocí al cantante venezolano Nacho, a quien conocí en mi ciudad, natal, mientras me encontraba allí por motivos de trabajo. Fue una coincidencia que agradezco a Dios; fue algo hermoso que quedará en mi memoria. Para mí, fue un mes agotador, pero una buena experiencia.
Para este mes, casi junio, julio y agosto, tuve algunos problemas en el trabajo que me hicieron bajar a Cumaná y tener que trabajar allá un tiempo. Fueron unos meses de desgaste mental, físico y económico, pero que al final pudimos solucionar y hoy en día estoy feliz de donde estoy. También fue el cumpleaños de mi hijo, mi pareja, el mío, mis padres y sus hijos, además de familiares, pero que sin duda disfrutamos. Un año de todo un poco, una montaña rusa de emociones. A finales de trimestre, la cosa se fue acomodando y eso nos llevó a 2026, un año que esperamos disfrutar más, ya que en este año esperamos planificar nuestro segundo hijo y es un tema más complejo para mí, pero estoy segura de que sí se puede. Así que 2026 es un año de éxito, y para mostrar un botón de nuestra entrada de año con los acontecimientos de este año en el gobierno, así que esperamos que todo marche bien y salgamos tranquilos de esta burbuja de terror. Un año que me enseñó que la vida es una y debemos disfrutarla.

This year we were able to get our washing machine, our stove, our air conditioners, and our dining room set, which was in September. We also acquired many material things we needed in life, some out of necessity and others to remodel what we already had. For me, it was a very good year in some ways, as it opened up opportunities to get what we needed at home and put the hard work aside, since for several months I had been washing clothes by hand, which is very tiring. Although I sometimes rented washing machines, it was an expense for us. Also, because at the beginning of the year we were renting. In 2023, I also met the Venezuelan singer Nacho, whom I met in my hometown while I was there for work. It was a coincidence that I thank God for; it was something beautiful that will remain in my memory. For me, it was an exhausting month, but a good experience.
This month, almost June, July, and August, I had some problems at work that forced me to go down to Cumaná and work there for a while. Those were mentally, physically, and financially draining months, but in the end, we were able to resolve the issues, and today I am happy where I am. It was also my son's birthday, my partner's birthday, my birthday, my parents' and their children's birthdays, as well as other family members' birthdays, but we certainly enjoyed ourselves. It was a year of a little bit of everything, a roller coaster of emotions. At the end of the quarter, things settled down and that brought us to 2026, a year we hope to enjoy more, as we plan to have our second child this year, which is a more complex issue for me, but I am sure we can do it. So 2026 is a year of success, and to give you a glimpse of our start to the year with the events of this year in government, we hope that everything goes well and we can emerge from this bubble of terror with peace of mind. A year that taught me that we only have one life and we must enjoy it.
