Hello, friends at Hive! It's always a pleasure to be with you. Today, I'm going to show you part of the process of preparing our hallacas, although most of it involves cleaning the ingredients. It's important to do this as a family, since that's the foundation of society and the people with whom we can achieve it. Although many people tend to do it alone, Personally, I like to be surrounded by those I love, but I like to make my hallacas without too much fuss, just with those who are always by my side. In this part, I have my mother, with whom I hadn't made delicious hallacas in a few years, so in 2025 we were able to do it and they turned out very tasty. I usually like to make them traditionally, so to speak. we don't add any decorations or anything like that, just olives, capers, and raisins, both in the stew and in the filling. We also like to chop everything up the day before December 23rd, as we feel there is less pressure and everything goes according to schedule.

We were able to clean and prepare the stew accompanied by a little wine and good music, as that is what inspires us. We also had my father as our photographer and my partner as our DJ. Everything turned out very well in family unity. For me, this is part of the tradition, and I don't want to break with that, which is why I love these days and being with my family.
