Heimiomyces tenuipes, or the Pale Orange Foot Fungus, is a fungus in the genus Heimiomyces that decomposes dead wood and forest litter. Its characteristics include a pale yellow to cream-colored cap (pileo) that can turn reddish brown when dry, yellow lamellae (gills) with transverse veins, and a thin, velvety stalk (stípite). source
