Jelly mushroom
This fungus with the Latin name Leotia lubrica or jelly fungus has a chewy texture and is similar to jelly. The one I found was pale yellow to brownish and grew on fallen wood or dead wood.
This fungus has various shapes and sizes. Usually they will grow easily in humid climates or in conditions of intense rain.
