| MONOMAD | Lots of bicycles
Havana, Cuba. Bicycle Festival 2025.
You know how it is, I wasn't going to miss the opportunity to take black and white photos in an old warehouse that has been rearranged to host art and events, where you can smell the good vibes as soon as you walk in and start to be part of all that atmosphere.
One of the most attention-grabbing events was the creation of a cargo-bike with parts collected from dumps. You can see the full explanation here (It is in English). The event was called BiciLab.
Other scenes were also captured... these were busy days. Things happening everywhere. Lots of smiles and also very energetic people that one is always grateful to have around.
Here, for example, this face seems to me to be saying: let's see what he is doing to my bike... it worries me, but I know it is in good hands.
A very nice design work could be seen during the Festival.
This photo was taken crouched there, behind those tanks.

Pues mira, que de un tiempo a esta parte muchas personas han comenzado a adoptar la bicicleta no sólo como medio de transporte, sino como una manera de mantenerse en forma física y mentalmente... 🤔😆 Mentalmente, como que es difícil estar en forma aquí jajaja, pero lo intentamos.

Go cycels! It is nice to see people cycling. I love all these new cycle paths here in Europe. No cars, just cycles and beautiful scenery.
The streets and roads here are not cyclist-friendly and the drivers are rude. I would love to be able to ride a bike without so much stress. Sometimes I manage to do it, just sometimes...

Thank you very much. I hope you and your sister enjoyed the tour. I recorded videos and took some photos. Not that many. I really wanted to enjoy the time cycling and feeling the city. 😉🤗
