TBT: Bailar para Superarme a Mí Misma ESP/ENG

Saludos, amigos de #TopFamily. Acá estoy de nuevo para participar en su Concurso TBT que no me quiero perder.

Esta foto que les comparto hoy, fue un momento de superación personal para mí. Recuerdo que para aquel entonces tenía un dolor muy fuerte en las rodillas y mis muñecas se sentían realmente frágiles debido a mi condición de Artritis Reumatoide con la cual fui diagnosticada desde mis 16 años.

Hay días muy fuertes en los que mi cuerpo me pasa factura, pero mi pasión por el baile es mayor a cualquier dolor que sienta en algún momento. Es decir, me considero una persona de espíritu inquebrantable, también una luchadora y altamente resiliente.

He llegado a inspirarme con la frase que dice que el dolor no es más que debilidad dejando el cuerpo, sin embargo, hay días en los que mi propio cuerpo me exige descanso, consideración y paciencia.

Y esto me cuesta muchísimo porque para mí bailar y actuar es como respirar. No poder hacerlo como quisiera es difícil. Y a medida que pasan los años, el deterioro se hace sentir y es algo con lo que debo aprender a lidiar y sobre todo a vivir.

Cada día puede ser un reto y muchas veces se siente como si fuera una caminata cuesta arriba en la que me veo forzada a escalar algún tramo, pero sigo adelante a pesar de lo adolorida que me siento en algunos momentos.

Cuesta mucho pero no me doy por vencida. Esta foto es un recordatorio de que puedo con esto y mucho más. Dios me da pruebas que sólo yo puedo superar. También me dio mi Don artístico. Así que tengo muchas razones por las cuales continuar bailando y superándome a mí misma. ¡Hasta aquí mi post, hasta la próxima!

The photo I'm sharing with you today was a moment of personal growth for me. I remember that back then, I had severe pain in my knees and my wrists felt fragile due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis, which I was diagnosed with when I was 16.

There are very tough days when my body takes its toll on me, but my passion for dance is greater than any pain I ever feel. In other words, I consider myself a person of unbreakable spirit, also a fighter, and highly resilient.

I've been inspired by the phrase that says "pain is nothing more than weakness leaving the body," however, there are days when my own body demands rest, consideration, and patience.

And this is very difficult for me because for me, dancing and acting are like breathing. Not being able to do it the way I want to is difficult. And as the years go by, the deterioration becomes noticeable, and it's something I must learn to cope with and, above all, live with.

Every day can be a challenge, and it often feels like an uphill climb where I'm forced to climb a few steps, but I keep going despite how sore I feel at times.

It's hard, but I don't give up. This photo is a reminder that I can handle this and much more. God gives me trials that only I can overcome. He also gave me my artistic gift. So I have many reasons to continue dancing and surpass myself. That's the end of my post, until next time!
