Two flies that are almost identical
(Edited)
Cylindromyia brassicaria is a type of fly with an orange and almost reddish body. This fly has wide eyes with a white line separating them in the middle. I found it in a garden in my area. It is said that this fly has sharp vision, meaning its eyes are much brighter than mine at the moment. On this occasion, the fly with my macro lens shot, I managed to take this picture with contrasting colors.
The second insect is also a fly that is almost similar in color. Has wide eyes, transparent wings, and a yellowish orange body. What distinguishes it from Cylindromyia is the body of this fly which is fat. The waist is flat and far from slim. It is a fly nicknamed Episyrphus balteatus as a fly that also consumes nectar, flower essence.
