Monomad: Flies and Winged Ants

This is a fly known as Pseudopenthes. This fly has a head and mouth shape that is more like an ant than a fly. But in science it is classified as a fly. While the food often consumed by this fly is nectar or pollen that is in the flower.

While the second Poto is more similar to an ant that happens. Like a type of termite that at one time undergoes metamorphosis, grows wings and then
flies with a very short life. So some people call it a flying ant, thin body, black roof tiles.
