Monomad: Bee Trigona

IMG_20250504_131634.jpg

A small bee with black skin and both wings are transparent and slightly brownish. This small bee is probably also part of the honey-producing bee, with a small number. In some places this bee is also classified in the Trigona family, a stingless bee. As a pollinator, Trigona is one of the bees that actively sucks honey. Just look at this photo, this bee takes turns approaching the blooming flowers.

Photographing this bee is not that difficult, because it is a bee that is indifferent to its surroundings. So I can freely stand near Trigona who is enjoying the sweetness of honey in the colorful flower essence. It's just that its body size is too small, making it difficult for me to aim at it. But effort will not betray the results, at least I managed to get a few shots for this small honey bee.

I'm going to put this (Bee Trigona) into a daily #monomad contest organized and curated by @monochromes
