The road work is finally happening
Since the time I have bought this property, the only concern has been the roads. I can still manage it, but when I rent it out on Airbnb, it does impact to an extent. Some people are ok to navigate through this half a km of rough road, whereas some are not. Especially during the rains, it gets majorly impacted, with the much and all it gets difficult to drive on this road. It is an off road experience that not many enjoy. Personally for me it is ok, I like it this way, but if I have to think of business then it is not ideal.
Our society has formed only in the last one year, before that everyone has been doing their own things. But now that there is a society, all these common area developments have been happening. When I bought this property, there was no electricity connection also, and we got it all worked out. Till date we do not have a direct municipality water line. We have to call for water tankers and fill up our water tanks. For convenience, during the construction time, our architect planned for 10k litre underground water tank for water storage and that's been very helpful.
Our road has been like this, the work has started to level it up first, then lay the pipes for water drainage. Since, there is very heavy rainfall in this region, and the hills are very close by to our villas, this system is very important to not let the area get flooded.
The sad part is that people are making fancy homes but no one is doing up the roads. During construction time, we got the road done up for our lane, but the complicated part is that my home is the last in the society, so I have to navigate the full path to reach my home. So, even me doing up my lane is not very helpful, because that's just 50 meters, the rest of te road is still rough and creates inconvenience for the guests. Only if each one would have got 50 meters of the road done up outside their home, it would had been much better all through out.
The work of installing the pipes for water drainage is going on
With these efforts the roads will get better and it will be convenience for everyone. It was a task to get money contribution from everyone, but then finally it's happening. All is well that ends well.

Is a good attempt they are making so that people can make good use of the road because when a road is this bad it affects even businesses
