This was 2 weeks ago before I travelled from Muscat to Mumbai, a few of us ladies had planned this farm house visit. A lady from our group owns this farm house and she invited our ladies' group at her farm house for Tea and to see the farm house. It is indeed a very delightful place, not only is the place big but she and her husband who manages the farm both are now full-time into gardening and taking care of their livestock. Her place is in the outskirts of the city. It's not very far from the city, we could reach there in half an hour. The place where she lives is on the other side of the mountain, so we had to drive through the mountain on the other side and in half an hour we reached her town.

She had organized Tea and some snacks for us. When we reached there we met her family and all her house help. For managing such a big place a lot of help is required. She has 5 helpers to support her with all the farming and managing the livestock work.

These savories were delicious, later on she kept on getting more and more food. Everything was prepared at home except for a few items but it was still all the healthy stuff.

There are multiple gazebos in the garden area.

There is a water fountain, but it was not working at the time we visited.

I was so eager to check out the farm but then I had to be courteous towards the host, she had taken lot of efforts in our welcome and that had to be honored. After finishing the tea and snacks we proceeded to see the farm house, starting with the farming part.

That's a fig plant. It's one of my favorite, I enjoy eating it fresh as well as dried.

A lot of palm trees are also there. They sell the dates that grow on these trees.

They also have a green house where they grow lot of their food. The summer season is starting now so they are in the process of changing the plants.

Lots of flowers all around the garden.
