🙌🏽🌻Sublime Sunday🙌🏽💖 by @c0ff33a - A Shopping Weekend
I did not have anything particular in mind to buy, but these days everywhere there is sale going on and I wanted to check out if there was something worth. Normally the month of July and Dec are my shopping months. During this time there are plenty of Sale everywhere around the city on almost everything so I like to make the most of it. Also in the month of August is my New Year as per my Religious Calender and the month of Jan is family birthday month, so it's ideal for me to shop around these months and with the benefit that these are the sale months, I end up benefitting in my shopping budget.
Since the last one year I have stopped shopping anything for home. Not that I do not feel like, I have a strong urge, but I have to control. Reason being that for surely in the next 1 and half year I move back to India again permanently, and during that time I will have to remove everything that I have in this home. It makes no sense for me to add up anything more here. I get tempted looking at beautiful home decor things but I need to control.
The sale season has just begun in this month and till around end of July it will go on. I will make more visits to various shops to check out on clothing and accessories. For the first one I planned to visit my favorite shop Red Tag to check out what they had in store. My friends make fun of me that I should become their brand ambassador, since 75% of my wardrobe is from here. Reason being that they always have some nice trendy fashions and it's a reasonable brand. I have never been a person of high end brands. I like value for money and that's what I look out for. My husband and son often make fun of me that I will never come out of my Middle-class mentality. But then that's the way I am. For me value for money is more important than just a label on my clothing. Sometimes I feel that these big brands rip your wallet for no value. Anyways that's an individual choice.
As I enter the first section, it is the Home section. I am so tempted to buy, there are some really good deals on Candle stands and other home decors but I had to shut down myself and move ahead.
This time I really did not like anything much in the sale, and nor in the fresh stock also. Probably after a few days I may have some better choices to make.
Yet, I ended up buying 2 t-shirts. I liked the saying on them, they are cool and giving very positive feeling
What I like about this place is that it has genuine sale and it's not like that the price is hiked up and then it's put up on sale, which I see at many places.
Looking around.
After looking around in the clothing section I moved towards the footwear.
I liked this pair of shoes, but after trying them out I did not find them comfortable so gave it a pass. I like bling footwear, most of the time end up buying blingy footwear.
Next weekend I will explore some other places to check out what they have in store in this sale season. In August I will travel home, so for that time also I need to shop to give a few gifts to my family and friends. Hope I can get some good deals in this sale season.

Oh I agree!not all the time it was worth to buy branded clothes.
I sometimes check some local shops as they had good dresses too for affordable price and good quality.
I do that all the time, check for the locals, I always find better stuff there and worth the money
Sometimes i also don't prefer to buy branded thing's but you buy two beautiful shirts and i love the black shirt more.

here they are crazy now, 5-10$ for 1, I think it's too much just for a T-shirt with no brand name.
No my dear, it's in Omani Rials, which would be approximately 5 dollars for the t-shirt, but trust me it's worth it. I buy these type of tees regularly from here, and their quality is very superior. They sequence work on it never comes out, nor does the color. It is not a high brand, but it's look and quality is one that of a high brand
5$ for a really good thing is not much! But when it costs 10$ and it's just nothing special, and I know they bought it for 2$ and resale for 10...it's too much!
You always shop wisely. In which you can now sell at good shops. let's wait The mind also becomes happy when shopping at the right price. Thanks 🙏
