Last night, with my friend I went to the Sea face. Marine drive is my favorite place for midnight strolls and when I am in the city I make sure that I make at least one visit here. We were both out for dinner and after that we decided to walk up half way home taking the marine drive, sea side road. With this friend of mine we always experiment new restaurants in town. We are both foodies and like to experiment new places. This time we picked up a newly opened restaurant in town called Boogie, it has an international cuisine, which is both of our favorite.

We had a sumptuous dinner at Boogie, trying out some new dishes. We ordered a dish of smoked salmon and it was absolutely amazing, we loved it so much that we went in for a second one as well. After the meals both of us ordered Deserts which were again too good. They had the Deserts on display at the counter, when we entered we saw it and that time itself we booked it for us. There were very few left so we did not want to miss it. Even the restaurant guys laughed at us, it felt like we were there more for the deserts then the food. We ordered for a Americano, chocolate mousse and a Tiramisu, it was lot but we finished it.

After all the food that we had over consumed, it was time to burn out calories so we started walking towards marine drive and then midway we stopped to click pictures and did some craziness, it was almost midnight hour but there were still many people around so there was nothing to be afraid for both of us and there were cops too. That's the best part of Mumbai city, it feels safe stepping out at any hour of the day or night, there is no threat even for a girl alone to be out at night in my city.

It was a nice scenery of the moon peaking out from the clouds and the moonlight falling on the sea and the waves hitting the shore. After many attempts we finally managed to get the right picture.

Then the next best shot we wanted was randomly walking on the parapet.....again here both of us made several attempts. This particular area there were not many people around so we could do all this madness.

And then after all the craziness we again started walking up the road towards home.

It was a wonderful fun filled evening.
