Replanting new Papaya trees after a setback
Last year I had planted 2 Papaya trees in my garden, and they were growing well till last 4 months. Papaya fruits had also started coming out, but that time only I felt something was wrong, because the fruit stopped growing after a certain point, and then absolutely there was no growth. The leaves also started drying out and falling. There were 2 of them and both of them were caught up with some disease and pests. Did some treatments, also put some new manure and compost but nothing changed. I was feeling disappointed because it was like after a year when the Tree had grown and started giving fruits, just then only this happened.
And the previous gardener as I mentioned in my post a few days ago was not very good, he did not take good care of my plants and I do have good knowledge so I could also not figure out and in all of that the garden started getting messed up. This week, I worked on the garden, put some new soil and got some of the plants cut down and planted new ones.
On the back side is the Papaya Tree, they are 2 of them, few months back they were full and now in a sad condition, looking at them, I also felt sad :-(. Both of them did not make it but then it's not the end for sure

Got both of them chopped off

Starting it fresh all over again, got 2 new healthy baby plants of Papaya and planted them. This time I also changed the spot, planted them in a more open space which has good direct sunlight, and in this spot the other plants have been growing well, so I am sure now this one too will come out well.

It's again a wait for another few months till I start seeing some results. They grow fast so it's a matter of little more patience.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

Gardening has a sneaky way of teaching resilience in slow motion as nothing is guaranteed, but trying again is always part of the deal. :)
Hi.
Planting is great, especially papaya because it's so delicious.
It's a shame that not all your plants grew as they should have; it seems that diseases and pests are very dangerous.
Nice post, my lady. 😀
