2️⃣ With technology ever creeping into daily life, how do you plan an optimal home environment, where family are safe within well-organized conditions, spaces where children can play, explore, and discover without your ever watchful eye? Describe opportunities you seek out when presenting that you feel are important to the household.

Advancement in technology is galloping in our times and what I have observed is, that it is not difficult for the younger generation to keep up with the pace. These days even children of 5 and 6 years understands how to use it very quickly. The challenge is with the older generation to keep up with the pace.

Sometimes my son tells me how he uses all different types of Apps to optimize his work, and it all goes above my head. He is so fast that even before I can grasp one part of it he is on to the next. Some times I interrupt and sometimes I let it pass if I do not find it of any use to me. I do put in time to learn what is relevant for me. There is so much and I do not need all of it, so there is no point for me to break my head and spend my time on something which does not matter to me. Also I am an old school and some of my things I like to do it the old way only even though the technology has advanced. Like I still prefer reading hard cover books then getting a kindle. I barely use 25% of my phone features.

I feel that these things are constantly going to expand and how much ever you put to use you will always find something more, so my logic is simple, get into what is needed for you. Not everything is meant for you. Whatever is useful for me I take tutorials on it from Youtube which is readily available or from someone I know has the knowledge of it. I do keep myself updated on the latest developments happening around the world through e-newspaper. It is the world of AI and this technology is easy and complicated at the same time. I use the simple Meta AI feature which is available on my Whatsapp, and this solves my purpose. There are many AI apps but then I do not need it so I do not even want to understand them. If some day I need I will put my head to it, but till then it's peace.

In my home use of Technology is very less, we do not have many gadgets. We have some kitchen gadgets and a television. Yes the wifi router is there for the Internet. There is no Alexa or anything that is operated by remote control. Everything is manual. I can say that as such my home environment is very safe. I have Air purifier and monitor in my home and we have many plants. There is a play ground in our society where the children play in the evening time. There is no small child in my home now. As such my home environment is safe and clean for any age group.
