For me plans are never ending, I am always planning something or the other back to back. These days all my plans are revolving around my Airbnb home. There is lots that I want to do and at the same time it cost money so I cannot get everything done in one go. I need to plan it in phases so that the cost gets divided. I do not wish to do those things from my savings, so whatever income gets generated from renting, after deducting the maintenance, I save 50% of the balance to do all these big works that I plan to and 50% I keep in my personal savings. Because as much as I would like to upgrade my property, I do not want to spend all my rental income on it.
The next plan is to make a nice pool side gazebo, where people can sit and chill out. I want to make it a covered one so that even if it is raining people can sit out with good protection from rains. This project has been on my mind to do it since some time, but it has a big cost, so it will take couple of months more, before I can do it. Possibly before the next monsoon season starts I will be able to do it.
My most favorite thing to do recently has been managing my Airbnb. I am enjoying it a lot managing all of it, whether it is marketing, or looking after housekeeping, taking care of catering needs, maintenance works, all of it keeps me very occupied. It's becoming like a job for me, not a full time but it still does take away a lot of my time.
Lately majority of my activity and plans are all revolving around my Airbnb business. I want to scale it up and make it very popular. There is tough competition, but I believe that good service will always keep on the top. One can make a fancy property but if the service is not good then it will impact the business. So all my endeavors are to give a good experience to my guests who rent my place, and for that I need to give my best in everything that I am doing around it.

The idea of a gazebo for dining or relaxing by the pool is great. Yes, it will take time, but guests will have a better impression of the place and will want to return and recommend it. Thanks for sharing your idea, and I hope it comes to fruition soon.

This is real! Even for me. We need to work hard to get things done. But, the fun side is, once everything's settled, we can finally get one goals achieved. Slowly and surely β¨π

Thinking like a business person but done with a passion as well.
I don't operate an Airbnb but a fully separate legal rental suite whose revenue I treat as a passive income but I've also made a promise to use this blessed property to to provide housing to Single mother families.
