A lot of factors have to be considered setting up a vacation Airbnb home. Especially where the supply is more than demand then you need to find out competitive ways to stay up in the market. The place I have my Airbnb is 2 hours away from the main city in the hills, which also makes it the most sought-after destination for short breaks because of fast and easy accessibility. There is a good demand and at the same time there is good amount of supply also, not in my area but nearby areas. I would not even want my area to get filled up. This was the main reason of selecting this site because it is a secluded place and at the same time safe also, with local villages around.

In the last few months, whenever I have had booking requests people would ask me what all gaming activities I have. I had made few arrangements of board games but then people want more, they would tell me board games even they can carry. I was also thinking for couple of months what all should I introduce, that would not disturb the aesthetics of my place and people would find it enjoyable also. Majority of the villas which go out on rent like mine have big pool table and tennis court or a cricket ground. I do not have that kind of place and neither do I want to go in for very big play equipment's which would block space and spoil the show of my home. After a little research I could shortlist a couple of them and Foosball table is one of it.

There were some online options but then I wanted to see it myself and buy, because such a big thing online how it will come I do not know and after opening it if there is any damage found then it's a big hassle for me to pack it up and send it back again. I went to a couple of sports shop checked some options and then finally selected the Xpeed brand. I found the material of this one sturdy and good quality.

I got is installed in the lounge area between the bedrooms on the first floor. Honestly this is not me, I am not actually liking it but then if I have to do the business then I need to amend some of my ways. I had a nice couch here in this place which I had to reposition and then put this here. This was the only place in the home which could accommodate. Normally I have seen other people put up this sport equipment in the living room, but that was a complete no for me. I would never want to spoil the show of my living room with this kind of thing.

Everything came in parts and assembling it was a task. We started doing the job and fitted the legs wrongly, in the last one we realized and then again everything had to be opened up and assembled again.

After almost 2 hours of work, finally it's completed.

One more set up of basketball is pending, which I need to complete in a day or two. My only wish is that my guests should use it carefully.
