I missed to share this, as such it's not something very important to share but I just love the energy of it and hence I would like to share. This is in my Mumbai home, this time I decided to make my space green. I have been hesitant to do it since I am not around all the time, but now I visit very frequently, almost every alternate month so I decided to get some plants for my home. I did not have time to seed the pots and wait for the plants to grow, so I went to the nursery and picked up quite a lot of plants. When I am not going to be around, I have assigned a gardener to take care of the plants on regular basis. My home care-taker boy will do the daily watering and the gardener will do the maintenance work once a week. This makes me relieved on their well being part.

Some flower pots that I got for my bedroom window. It always feels good to see some color on waking up. In my Muscat home also I have the flower plants on my bedroom balcony so that when I wake up I get to see some nice soothing colors.

This one is an indoor plant

A Jasmine flower plant, flowers have not yet come on it. These flowers have a very sweet fragrance. This plant was just lying around, it was not for sale, I took it, kind of looks little shabby, but then later I did some maintenance work on it to make it look better.

I bought quite a few and then was figuring it out how to place them.

This one has become my favorite, the Ivy plant. It is growing also very well. Before I had placed it on my main balcony, but the birds were pecking up the leaves, so then I changed it's position and kept it in a area where they would not reach and now it's growing fast and well.

Again these I have placed them in the inside of the window to save it from the birds. They do get sunlight and are protected also.

Getting plants is easy from the nursery, the challenge is to maintain them and not allow them to wither off. It's been one month and so far they have been doing well. I am hoping that they will keep brightening up my space for a long time. These are all easy to take care plants, they do not need a lot of maintenance. Little watering daily and some trimming on an off will help them stay well. Having them around always brightens up my space and mood and makes me feel lively. The vibrant green is soothing for the eyes and heart. In future I would love to have a very big garden in my new home, which I am eagerly looking forward to.
