One of the strategies for letting go of memories is to fix yourself step by step.
There are some things in our lives or some memories that are very much associated with our emotions. One of the childhood memories is, for example, many of my childhood toys, some products, some travel pictures. In addition, many other things that controlled our emotions at that time. These emotions sometimes make us think a lot even now. They carry a lot of meaning to us. Everything we have done in the past reminds us of them now.
When for some reason these things come to our side or it is seen that these things have no value in our house, they are only there for emotions. Then I feel very bad. Our surroundings are filled with these things. It is seen that a game of my childhood is associated with my emotions. Currently I have left it somewhere in my house. But it is no longer of any use to me, so should I keep it in my house? It has become a very unnecessary thing for me.
As a result, it is seen that I am losing my favorite thing. That thing of mine had made a place of love in my heart. Now I will definitely show my feelings towards him when I throw it away. Mentally, we are in a lot of trouble for a while.
Of course, I will adopt some strategies through which I can get out of these emotions and memories. I will definitely use that toy of mine for some good purpose. In my opinion, if I can give that game to a small child, then I will definitely be at least a little bit at peace. Maybe by seeing him, I will understand that he will have a great childhood like I did with that toy. When I was a child, I had a bat that I gave to my younger brother when I grew up. The bat that I liked a lot. Later, I saw that it was of no use to me. After giving it to my younger brother, I used to see him taking my bat to play. Then I would find peace in my heart.
When I was busy with work, I definitely did not think of these things anymore. I tried to let go of these things step by step. If we want to let go of something all at once, then our brain will definitely not take it well. Our brain will take us to the point of reminding us of it again and again. This is the quality of a human being. If a person lets go of something step by step, then he will definitely get better mentally. His brain will slowly bring him out of that habit. Later, it will be seen that he is not suffering as much as before.
I will definitely try this thing that I try to keep the things that are useful to me or are very important to me, those memories with me. I must think that I should not decide something that I will keep with me and later I will take it out in a short time.
In fact, to make our life easier, we must think in advance. Before making any decision, is it wrong or right? We have to live properly from emotional places. Although it is natural for us as humans to get emotional. To get out of it, we have to fight many things with our body and our brain step by step. But we will win this matter. I feel happy when I give something I no longer need to people who need them. The happiness comes naturally because the person you gave it to us also happy too. There is no reason to hold things when you don't need them anymore.

It's hard giving away toys as a child, even if you don't really need them anymore or have outgrown them. But seeing the pleasure they bring other kids is often its own reward.
