Kobold Miner with Sneak.

Kobold Miner.jpg

Greetings.

I tried Kobold Miner on the battlefield in level 3 that offeres a special ability.

Sneak: Targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster.

This is a melee attack monster and normally, a melee monster can attack only from the front position unless its abnormal. And the abnormality happens for this monster having its special ability that allows it to targets the last monster on the enemy team instead of the first monster and from any position.

Let's get to the battle.

Here's the battle link if you wish to check.

Choosing Monsters

CerberusAntoid Platoon
Fineas RageRadiated Brute
Tenyii StrikerTenyii Striker
MordeusDjinn Apprentice
Kobold MinerScavo Firebolt
Ant MinersBlood Maker

Both my opponent team and I created our team selecting six monsters each where I used fire element and my opponent used death element.

Choosing Plado Emberstorm as the summoner, I used six melee attack monsters and all of them has some special abilities that allows them to attack from their positions. And the battle was covered with super sneak ruleset that gives sneak ability to all melee attack monsters.

The Battle

My team got the first kill and that's in the first round with the first turn. My Fineas Rage had the most speed among all monsters in both team and it attacked first and got the first kill as my opponent's Blood Maker lost all three health portion with the single attack. As sneak ability let the monster to target the last monster on the opponent team and as all my monsters got sneak ability from the ruleset, so they'll keep attacking the last monster on the opponent team until it dies.

My Tenyii Striker then attacked and killed three health portion of my opponent's Scavo Firebolt out of four so the opponent monster is now at edge of being killed. Then my Cerberus attacked and removed the armor portion of my opponent's Antoid Platoon. I see all my monsters has greater speed than the opponent monsters, thanks to my summoners buff. So I'm seeing two or three more kills in this first round before my opponent even gets the chance of attacking. Let's see.

Yes, I was right. My Mordeus took the next turn and killed the last health portion of my opponent's Scavo Firebolt and the opponent monster died. Then my Kobold Miner attacked and killed three health portion of my opponent's Djinn Apprentice out of four which means the opponent monster had only one health portion left. My Ant Miners then did the honor and killed the rest one health portion of that opponent monster. BTW, my Ant Miners wouldn't attack if it was not for super sneak ruleset.

My team got three kills in the first round and my Ant Miners got increased health portions for every kill and now the ants has +3 health portions and they are from two to five now although it won't stay for long now as my Ant Miners stays at the last position and my opponent has three melee attack monsters now which means my Ant Miners is now their main target until it dies. My opponent's Tenyii Striker took turn and killed three health of my Ant Miners out of five.

Then my opponent's Antoid Platoon attacked my Cerberus but the opponent monster missed the attack. Then my opponent's Radiated Brute attacked and killed my Ant Miners at the end of the first round.

The second round started where my team got the fourth kill and this kill didn't come with the first turn like it happened in the first round because the opponent monster had bigger health portion. First my Fineas Rage attacked and killed three health portions of my opponent's Tenyii Striker. Then my Cerberus took turn and killed two health portions of my opponent's Antoid Platoon although the opponent monster should've died already with this attack if it was not for its shield ability that reduced the damage.

Then my Tenyii Striker attacked and killed the rest health portions of my opponent's Tenyii Striker and the opponent monster died. So, Tenyii Striker killed another Tenyii Striker. Then the big melee attack of my Mordeus came to use when it attacked my opponent's Radiated Brute and killed all six health portions with the single attack and my team got another kill. Then my Kobold Miner whom I'm featuring in this post, took turn and killed the last opponent monster and I won the battle this easily.

So, what do you think of Kobold Miner and about my play?

How do you like me explaining what I'm experiencing?
If you like it, feel free to like, comment & share. I will soon come with another post writing what happens next.

Thanks for reading me, goodbye.

A successful strategy and very good alignment. And yes, I totally agree, kobold is one of those cards that cannot be missing from your deck and although I understand that we could only use it in the wild league, there are 2 reasons why I bought it: the first is that it is a card with sneak with a 2 mana cost, a card like that just can't be ignored. and the second reason is because I love the skin of this letter, I bought all the common skins and the best designs for me are the fire class. Thank you for sharing this content, greetings!

Now that's a badass skin. It looks like an old version of the original skin.
