WEEK #255 || If I could change something about me what would I change? β˜„οΈ

Hello friends of the Weekend-experiences community, I hope you are well today πŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ˜Š. I like to participate in the topics that are proposed here in the community and today I chose to talk about if I could change something about me what would I change? I think it is very interesting to analyze those things that I would like to change or improve to be a better person, besides that I have always been interested in finding my well-being and understand why many of my actions maybe that's why I have always liked everything that has to do with psychology and personal growth, it seems to me that as human beings we are moldable and we can always change for the better.

You have the ability to change one thing in your life about how you think, your attitude or your actions, which is it and why and how does it improve your life?

One of the most important things I would change about myself is my way of thinking, sometimes I am too rigid and stubborn with my thoughts, so much so that an idea that comes to my mind can stay there for a long time. I know it's something that can hurt me but I think it's also part of who I am even though I don't feel comfortable being this way. Thinking in such a rigid way makes me enjoy less what life is in all its splendor, because as they say the more you analyze each situation the less you are in the present appreciating what you already have.

But I would not only change my way of thinking, I would also like to be able to have a more optimistic attitude, I know that life is not always easy but sometimes I am a glass full of water about to spill, emotions run over me in a very strong way so much so that sometimes my thoughts are quite fatalistic and I can't avoid falling into a cycle of negativity. Although I usually make jokes to alleviate the circumstances I am going through, this is just a way to protect myself from the pain. And because pain is something that every human being must feel in order to change, I think it is the way to make you see that the way of life you lead is not right.

I would like to be less critical of my actions and also be less impulsive, this has to do with my way of thinking and the way I see the world. Many times I am saddened to see so much evil that exists on earth, which affects us all and also affects me the selfishness of people but I recognize that this is also in me.

Recognizing each of the things I would like to improve is the first step to understand that we can always learn to change what no longer serves us or what is not for me. Change is a phrase that is easy to say but it costs a lot, however I think we can all do it if we want to and we put all our strength and will to do it. I feel that if I were more flexible with the way I express myself, act and see the world, I could live a much calmer life appreciating every moment and embracing every circumstance, without fear of having to let go of old patterns and being grateful that every day is a new opportunity to be a better human being.

Saludos amiga espero estes bien todo lo que sea para estar mejor y sentirnos mejor es valido cambiarlo, ser optimista es algo que a mi tambien me gustaria porque pienso que la actitud influye mucho en lo que hagamos, me dio gusto leerte esta chevere esta dinamica vere si puedo participar un abrazo.
