A few weeks ago I had an adventure to this place. However, one of my friends named Mukramin invited me to grill chicken to eat in the mountains. While swimming together, hearing that I didn't think twice. I immediately said yes to my friend's invitation. Because I had also seen the place, it was indeed very suitable for us to grill chicken there.

We immediately made a schedule after talking together, finally we agreed to leave on Thursday, June 26, 2025. We all collected money to buy chicken and equipment at the market. After checking how much it cost, we finally collected 20 thousand rupiah per person. At around 11 am they went straight to the market to buy equipment and boil the chicken first at home so that we could easily grill there.

At around one o'clock in the afternoon, finally all the equipment was ready and then we immediately rushed to our destination using my friend's pedicab. When my friend was choosing one by one to ride the pedicab, I took the time to take some pictures when we were about to leave.

This time, the five of us went on an adventure. I saw a chicken that was cut into five pieces and my stomach immediately became hungry because the tool was colorful. When my friend tasted the tool, I immediately took some pictures so I could show you all the chicken we roasted in the mountains. I don't know how it tastes. Later, you can see the roasted chicken meat when I eat it.

then we all got ready to go. my friend immediately rushed. unfortunately i couldn't take pictures during the trip because i was holding the chicken so it wouldn't fall because this place was very far we had to pass dozens of villages in the mountains. plus the road was full of rocks. around 4 pm we arrived in the mountains. we stopped for a while to cut banana leaves so we could put the chicken with rice so it wouldn't get dirty when we ate it.

After finding the banana leaves, we immediately continued our journey for about 4 more minutes. Finally we arrived safely. At that time we immediately divided our respective tasks. Mukramin and I lit a fire to burn coconut skin to be used as charcoal so that the chicken was perfectly cooked. And one person cut shallots and chilies mixed with sweet soy sauce. For the side dish, grilled chicken. and the other one also lit a fire to cook rice.

While waiting for the coconut skin to turn into charcoal, I immediately approached the irrigation place. Seeing the water so clear, I couldn't wait to swim. However, I would respect my friends. They were already very tired. There was no way I could take a shower first and the chicken hadn't been roasted yet.

In these mountains, the scent of wildflowers and the scent of pristine nature make me very happy. Plus the aroma of roast chicken, wow, it's really amazing. When I was guarding the chicken that was being roasted using coconut shell charcoal that I burned. The goal was so that the chicken wouldn't burn when it was almost cooked, I immediately turned it over so that it would cook evenly. You're curious about what roast chicken looks like, I know you definitely want to see it, of course I didn't forget to take a picture so that you can witness it directly even though it's only through pictures.

After 30 minutes, the chicken was finally cooked and the rice was also cooked. We all immediately took it to the top of the irrigation structure to eat together. The banana leaves here are very useful in situations like this because we did not bring any tools to pour the rice and chicken. We used banana leaves.

At first we were all very happy. Seeing the red chicken. But there was one thing that made us very disappointed when my friend poured the rice on the banana leaf. We all laughed when we saw the rice was burnt. I guess they didn't stir the rice all the way to the bottom. They said they stirred it often, but how could it be like this? Only half of the rice was burnt to the bottom. We had no other choice but of course we still ate it. because we were very hungry.

Although it was a shame, it was very delicious because when we were in the mountains, all the food tasted very delicious. We only finished half of it as I said. While eating, we kept discussing about the burnt rice. Some said it was because the fire was too big. I immediately took some photos while eating while enjoying the natural atmosphere together. Even below us we could hear the sound of water flowing into the village gutter, it was amazing.

Long story short, after eating and feeling full, I immediately took off my clothes to jump into the water because I couldn't wait. Suddenly, I saw my friends were already below. Before jumping into the water, I took the time to take pictures of them who looked so happy while swimming.

I wanted to see my friends jumping from the top and I immediately sat in front because I was very cold with the very cold water. I didn't wear clothes because I thought the water wasn't that cold.

Meanwhile I saw that they were cold and resting then I invited them to take a picture as a souvenir while adventuring with them because we don't know if it will still be like this in the future. Here I immediately invited them to the front again because there was a suitable place to take pictures, they could relax on the rocks while feeling the rush of water.

After taking pictures, we immediately went up because we were very satisfied playing in the water and swimming. Finally, we immediately washed the equipment we brought and also washed the grill. After that, we all immediately got ready to go home because it was already 5 pm.
