Freewrite Prompt: Bread Farm

Below story is fictional. I am just flexing my muscle as a short story author.

It was summer afternoon and there was kind of dry air in the season. Lot of farms were short on the water and the supply for the horses. Kind of created a environment where animals are kind of starving and if they do get something to eat they would feel the heat enough to crave for water.

Amy was walking 5 miles without water and kind of was craving badly. At 4pm she noticed this farm which was not showing any sign of water or any animal but there were some cows nearby shed. She thought if there are animals alive there must be water around. So she entered into the farm, the farm owner was a woman named Janice. She noticed amy from long and decided to wait for her. When amy entered the farm fence she was too tired and craving water badly.

Janice looked at her and said, why don't have a water and bread with me. Amy just nodded and then went inside to have some water. After drinking 2 glass of water she had enough energy to answer some of the questions of janice. She was thrown off her home due to the inability to pay and so she was looking for job and then she lost track of roads and ended up being a homeless.

Janice looked at her and smiled saying " This is a bread farm, we always need help around here. Are you good with the work in farm and factory?"
