Beach On Fire 2023

Last week we were in Cavallino in time to watch the brilliant Beach On Fire event that they usually do each year. This is an event where there are fireworks set off all along the beach in Cavallino, Treporti and is a great atmosphere.

There are usually large crowds gathering on the beach at the many locations where they set off the fireworks. It started around 10pm and went on for around 30 minutes.

I managed to capture a few impressions whilst enjoying the show that I will share with you today. These are snaps from my phone and hopefully can give you a good view of the event.

The fireworks were really impressive and to see them being set off in a cascade effect along the 13 miles of beach was brilliant to see. Luckily we had some great clear skies to enjoy them.

These red fireworks were particularly great to see.

The range of fireworks was very varied and produced many great things to watch in the sky.

These were some of my favorite shots.

I don't think the photos do justice to how great the display was, but you can see the different colors vividly.

Normally you don't see too many summer firework displays, so it was great to see this one along the beach here.

The crowds were really enjoying the show from what I could tell.

There were some really great fireworks used and the show ran non-stop for the whole time.

There was a real build-up to the finally which I managed to record and share here too.

These are about half of the photos that I managed to snap. I didn't want to spend too much time with the phone and more to live in the moment and enjoy the show.

Here you can see the fireworks going off much further down the coast. It was really like a ripple effect.

This one is abit blurred, but it was crazy colorful.

It was also quite noisey as well as colorful. I think they were making up for not being able to do the event for a while.

It was so nice to see nearby fireworks and more going off in the distance.

This is one of my favorites, it was so colorful.

I have been at Dubai and trust me I have not seen such display of fireworks in my life.

I imagine they have some great displays there, this was the best one I have seen in Italy.

OMG it came out wrong I meant the ones you shared were the best I have seen in my whole life and not the ones in Dubai. I think at Dubai their are ones at shopping festivals and especially new year eve but those are only looking nice cause of those tall buildings this one takes the cake for me. Am so sorry It went out the wrong way my friend haha.

I often see them on weddings and different events in my area. And i really love it.

It is lovely to watch. This event reminded me of the Rhein on Flames that they have in Germany.

That is really awesome. What a cool event. Over here if you happen to have a house or cabin on the lake, people light them off all summer long over the lake. It is really neat. My brother in law used to work for one of the largest importers and distributors of fireworks in the US. He had one blow up in his hands and after that he decided to make a career switch! It was scary.

It was a really cool event and impressive to see.

I get that with fireworks, I don't like to play with them and prefer to go to professional displays or watch others.

I'm with you there! Let the pro's handle it. Too bad he was a pro. Someone put a dud in the wrong pile. He was moving it thinking it was dead and the ematch went off.

Wowww! Ahhhh!! 30 min is a long one would have ran away if I was there 😅.

I've always been a firework enthusiast but I do find myself getting terrified by the blasting sound. We don't have much of the experience here because it was banned by the government. Well, you might have had some wonderful time here 😊. The shots are really awesome and well snapped.

Yeah they can get very loud. Here over the sea and beach was a great show and I hope to come again in the future. that's a shame fireworks are banned there, I hope it may change for you sometime.

Great firework photos. Didn't think it was that dark until I saw the end of the movie hehe. The video was the best 👍

I have witnessed fireworks in my university on the occasion of new year. That moments creates fascinating memories in the mind. Whenever I think about year 2023 I just think about that night. Moreover, I think 30 minutes is short time. Hehehehe 😂 I know if they carry on this whole night their budget should be abundant.
