In the next layer, I drew the square frame and four circles. Then, I added fans, skill, luck and im in these four circles. I also wrote 199 Robbo with white colour at the top of the picture.
Lastly, I painted his picture. I painted his shirt with black colour and his trouser with blue colour. I also painted his beard and moustache with black colour. For his shoes, I used black colour. Finally, I painted his skin with fair skin colour and completed the picture of 199 Robbo.
