When my sister and I were cleaning the shed, we noticed in one corner the floor was wet and not seeing any leak from the roof, we thought something had been spilled on the floor. As we cleaned, my sister saw that one of the wall studs was wet from top to bottom, and all along the bottom was wet all the way to where the big spill was located. My sister followed the wet wood back to the wet stud where it connected to a stud that ran at an angle up the inside of the roof. The wet stopped halfway up that stud. There must be a loose screw in the rib of the roof. When my foot heals, I will see if I can spray some Flex Seal around the hole. I also have a roll of Flex tape that I can put over the Flex Seal.

My foot is a little better today, I can put more pressure on it, but still can not walk flat footed. I keep checking My Chart online, and my X-ray has still not been posted. I do not think it is broken or cracked. I am thinking whatever hit it caused a bad bruise that swelled.

My husband has been gathering food for Rudy, but the mood he was in yesterday, I did not ask him to do it for me today. He was working on something in his shop and yelled out to me that he would do it, but I told him no. Now my foot is hurting again, but that is better than listening to him say he has no time to relax after doing all he does in a day.

The production company that is making a documentary on our river wants to talk to us. I told my husband they called twice, and now he says he will not talk to them. He is in a mood, if they had called a few weeks ago, he would have done it. That is when he was catching trout, they are now closed to us. 30 years ago, a documentary was made of the fishermen in our area, we were the only ones who did not do it, and I have always wished we had done it.

My husband watches a podcast from two men who live in Alaska. He was telling me the State upped the bag limit on grizzly bears from one to two bears. They did this because of the number of baby moose that are being killed by the bears. I told him it sounds a lot like we are going through with the sharks and the trout disappearing since the seagrass died, and they no longer had a place to hide. The State had put a 2 shark a day limit on us, and we have to take a state observer on the boat, it is not worth it.

He also said they did something about wolves, they are killing the baby moose, too, but I forgot what he said. He said the wolves kill for fun, and sometimes they will only eat the heart and other organs. I said, don't we call dolphins the wovles of the sea? He said yep, that was my thought, too. They will catch a fish and keep throwing it in the air, playing with it. I watched one throw a 4 pound redfish for almost an hour, it could have eaten it with any of its tosses. I have also seen them do it with small fish and larger ones.
