How can one sister be so different from everyone else in the family? Except for one, we have always been a giving family. We have always helped each other when help is needed. When our Mom passed, her wish was for her house to go to the youngest sister, but this one wanted part of it, and did not want me to get any part of the house. As it turned out, by law, all three of our names had to be on the deed. I said I would give my share to the youngest so I could honor Mom's wish. The middle sister said she would not give up her share, so I kept mine, too.

They both live there and are making the mortgage payment, the middle one thinks I should make a third of the payment. I told them I would, if they want to move out, and we could rent it for more than the payment. Otherwise, I am not getting anything out of it and will not make the payment. They are living there and paying 600 each a month. They can not rent a place that cheap. The youngest agrees with me that I should not have to pay their rent.

They did not tell me anything about having to pay 5 thousand that mom was late paying, and the youngest borrowed the money from someone to pay it, with the agreement that the middle one would pay half when we sold mom's other property. They made the deal between themselves. Now that the other property has been sold, the middle one now says I have to pay part of the 5K, and she will not give the youngest the money she owes her. The youngest paid back the money she borrowed, and she got the receipt for it.

This middle sister stays in her room and does not do any of the cleaning or yard work. The youngest asked her for 15 dollars to pay for gas for the lawnmower, because she does the yard. The middle one shut the door in her face.

I came up with a plan to get some of the youngest money from the middle one. The three of us are supposed to have a yard sale with Mom's things and split the money. Mom has a big shed full, and a single wide trailer attached to her double wide that is full of things. I told the youngest I would handle the money from the sale, and when the middle one wants her share, I will tell her that her share is going to the youngest in payment for money owed her. The youngest does not know this, but I am going to give her my share, too.

I would let them handle it themselves, but the middle one is greedy. Before mom passed, she asked and got everything of value that mom had. When Mom passed, she went through Mom's room without either of us. I know Mom had some stocks from a train company and a trucking company, but we are told they were not found. She also took a ring that the youngest bought Mom and will not give it to her. She is now telling the youngest that someone broke into her room and stole it. She not only has the doorknob locked, but also has a lock and hasp on the outside of the door. Can you believe someone broke in and put the lock back in place? I don't!!! Nothing was touched in the house, as if someone had robbed them. I had bought Mom a gold necklace with a cross and I am told it was not in her room. I do not believe her.
photos are mine
Thanks for letting me vent.

I do not understand why she is that way, it will be up to her to change her ways, I hope she does it before her time comes.
