The Health Benefits Of Dried Tea-hot Water & My Today's Activities

Today I would like to share you about dried tea. In the West, it is called Breakfast tea. Western Breakfast tea is expensive here. It is only found in hotels. However, our traditional dried tea, which is similar to Breakfast tea, can be found in roadside tea shops.

Dried tea is soaked with hot water and drunk. This is called "dried tea-hot water". In rural areas, guests are welcomed with dried tea-hot water and palm. I have been drinking dried tea-hot water these days since I learned that dried tea- hot water is very good for health. I will share you the health benefits of dried tea-hot water as I have noted.

7 Refreshes the mind and body.

I have never drunk dried tea-hot water. I am in my 30s, so I need to take care of my health. So I have been thinking about my food and eating. I have been drinking it for 4 days now. I no longer feel sleepy and sluggish. I feel refreshed.

I woke up at 7am this morning. I had Noodle for the breakfast. Then I did my work. I took a shower at 11 am. I had lunch. I went to the library at 3 pm in the evening. I took my niece to the library. She is just in kindergarten. She can't read. So I borrowed a comic book for her. There is a playground next to the library. I played with my niece. The playground is good, but I don't like seeing plastic waste on the ground. There is a trash can for trash, but it is very bad to throw it away like this. I think this should be fixed. I teach my nieces not to throw garbage like this.
