Genesis အနေနဲ့ New York ပြည်နယ်တွင်း ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေပေးနေတာကိုလည်း ရပ်ဆိုင်းရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး သူတို့ရဲ့ virtual currency license လည်း အသိမ်းခံရမှာပါ။

US အစိုးရဟာ 2023 ခုနှစ်အတွင်းမှာ crypto company တွေဆီကနေ ဒဏ်ငွေအတော်လေးကို ရထားပြီးတော့ company 11 ခုဟာ $6 billion နီးပါးအထိ အစိုးရကို ဒဏ်ငွေဆောင်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ဒီထဲမှာမှ Binance ဟာ $4.3 billion ဆီကဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ သမိုင်းတလျှောက် အများဆုံးဒဏ်ကြေးတွေထဲကတစ်ခုဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။
