My brother-in-law and friend have told me a lot about this series, in fact they tell him it's a bit like game of thrones. I hope to watch it soon with my wife. Regards.
Yes, in fact, I forgot to comment in my post that there were times when the series reminded me a lot of Game of Thrones because of the king's lust for power. It was not enough for him to be just king of England; he wanted more.
