Por ejemplo, se ha comprobado que en la mayoría de las empresas de nueva creación, el endeudamiento es uno de los principales factores de fracaso, y este fracaso se debe a que estos empresarios creen que si rechazan a quienes les piden productos a crédito, corren el riesgo de perder a sus clientes en el proceso, cuando, en realidad, sólo están abocando a sus empresas al fracaso.

Al fin y al cabo, usted es responsable de todo lo que le ocurra a su empresa.

Emprender le dejará con varios consejos y diferentes sugerencias sobre lo que debe hacer con el espacio disponible, cómo debe tratar a los clientes, el tipo de personas que debe emplear, etc., pero cuando comprenda que todo lo que le ocurra a su empresa depende de su capacidad total, podrá filtrar los diversos consejos que reciba de la gente y seleccionar los mejores que impulsarán su empresa a un nivel mejor y mayor, en lugar de limitarse a seguir todos los consejos que reciba.

El concepto de autocapacitación no es exactamente lo que muchos empresarios necesitan, cuando están empezando un negocio simplemente saben que son capaces de hacer que el negocio tenga éxito y no se paran a pensar en el hecho de que a medida que el negocio crece también lo hace la cantidad de conocimiento que se necesita para seguir haciéndolo crecer.

El autoempoderamiento produce un cambio muy grande en el crecimiento acelerado del empresario, por supuesto, comprendes que aparte de construir infraestructura en tu negocio, también necesitas mantenerte significativo como marca.
