Hello 😀! This Monday I want to share a very striking crochet coaster. A sunflower between green and white or brown. I fall in love with this beautiful flower so much, that every time I see a pattern or video of it I get excited to crochet. And immediately I look for the implements as my needle and thread and I make it to add to my mini collection of sunflower flowers, as I do not have a plant, then I have the flower knitted and I know that no watering is necessary, no fertilizer and it will not die, it is eternal. Here is the process in 3 steps.
¡Hola 😀! Este lunes quiero compartir un posavasos muy llamativo a crochet. Un girasol entre verde y blanco o marrón. Esta bella flor me enamora tanto, que cada vez que veo un patrón o video de ella me entusiasma tejer. E inmediato busco los implemento como mi aguja e hilo y lo realizo para sumar a mi mini colección de flores de girasol, como no tengo una planta, entonces tengo la flor tejida y sé que no es necesario el riego, ni abono y no morirá, es eterna. A continuación el proceso en 3 pasos.
Step by step//Paso a paso
Materials//Materiales:
- Crochet thread brown, yellow, green, white.
- Needle Nº 2 and 5
- Hilo crochet marrón, amarillo, verde, blanco.
- Aguja Nº 2 y 5
Abbreviations//Abreviaciones:
Ch: chain(s).
mp: half point.
mpa: half high point.
aum: increases.
pa: high point.
pr: slipped stitch.
Ch: cadena(s).
mp: medio punto.
mpa: medio punto alto.
aum: aumento.
pa: punto alto.
pr: punto deslizado.
Process//Proceso:
STEP 1
- Brown yarn.
- v1: Magic ring, inside make 3 chs, 11 pa, pr.
- v2: 12 aug, pr.
Yellow thread.
- v3: 3 chs, 3 pa, in each previous stitch separated by 3 chs, skip one space, repeat sequence, pr. (12 petals).
STEP 2
Green yarn
- v4: Insert green color and make (3 pa, 2 chs, 3 pa)in each bow, pr.
STEP 3
- v5: Insert white yarn, make 24 arcs of 3 chs, separated by mp.
- v6: Make 24 arches of 4 chs, separated by mp.
- v7: Make 24 arches of 5 chs, separated by mp.
- v8: In each arch make (4 pa, 3 chs, 4 pa), in the next arch mp, repeat sequence for the rest of the round (12 fans).
PASO 1
- Hilo marrón.
- v1: Anillo mágico, dentro del hacer 3 chs, 11 pa, pr.
- v2: 12 aum, pr.
Hilo amarillo.
- v3: 3 chs, 3 pa, en cada punto anterior separados por 3 chs, saltar un espacio, repetir secuencia, pr. (12 pétalos).

- v7: Hacer 24 arcos de 5 chs, separados por mp.
- v8: En cada arco hacemos (4 pa, 3 chs, 4 pa), en el siguiente arco mp, repetir secuencia al resto de la vuelta. (12 abanicos).

I am pleased because little by little I have made my sunflower collection, I liked this coaster so much that I made another one in brown. But I changed the needle Nº 2 for the Nº 5 and the stitch was better, that is to say, for the gauge of this thread it is the 5. It is important to note the importance of using the ideal needle according to the gauge of the yarn.
Estoy complacida porque poco a poco he realizado mi colección de girasol, de este posavasos me gusto tanto que hice otro de color marrón. Pero cambié la aguja Nº 2 por la Nº5 y quedó mejor la puntada, es decir para el calibre de este hilo es la 5. Es de hacer notar la importancia de usar la aguja ideal según el calibre del hilo.
