Mugs and cups

Hello dear #Hive-collectors community, receive my greetings, hoping you are well. It's a pleasure to be here again at the invitation of @mipiano with this initiative for the month of January, which I think is great, to be able to gather a few mugs to share the story of each one.

There are toy cups, this was my favorite toy, these pieces were given to me by my baptism godfather, every year he gave me a toy, this set of cups or tea, served me to have fun since I was 7 years old, today I still have that tea set, kept as a treasure, luckily the only thing damaged is the box.

This piece has a broken handle, I did not get the piece, it belonged to my grandmother, it is so small that I do not want to throw it away, today seeing it, I have decided to restore it, I will look for a way to do it.

This is a souvenir from my cousin's wedding in 1985.

This mug belongs to a set of six, my mother gave them to me when I moved house. They are a little heavy, I have not used them.

This piece is from my first dinnerware set for 04 people. I still have it complete.

I bought this one for my son, when he was 06 years old. I bought a Minnie Mouse one for my daughter, but I have it in the field.

The mugs are made of different materials, ceramics, plastics, glass, stainless steel, Teflon, pewter, clay.
Some are for daily use, some for specific drinks, others for collecting, such as the mugs with phrases and motifs.

These are my husband's, gifts from his children on his birthday, and on Father's Day. They are still in their boxes.

This is the flag of my country, before the year 2000. It was sold in a well publicized commercial establishment, there was a large quantity and I was undecided, I lasted several weeks thinking, until one day I went and bought it, it cost 1,600 Bs. I had it as a pen holder.

Often the ceramic and glass ones deteriorate while we wash them, for that reason the plastic ones are a good option.

These were given to me by my daughter, one Mother's Day I was amazed, she came with a set of ceramic cups from China, in those years there was an establishment with a huge amount and everyone gave that present, they were also cheap. It was very funny, they would break and nothing would happen, because you would pass by the store and buy a box of six cups. I have four left.

This one was given to me by my daughter two years ago for Mother's Day.

These were given to me by my sister, a set of tableware, I have 02 left.

As they kept slipping out of my hands when I washed them and the sets were decreasing, sometimes there was one left, so I saw some stainless steel ones that were light and protected from heat. Now they are the ones I use daily.

This initiative helped me to make an inventory (36 mugs), I did a cleaning of all the pieces, see how many are stained, see which ones I should replace, and if it is necessary to buy some when there are offers. I also made a shelf to place them and decorate a space, because the years go by, and it becomes necessary to show a part of our lives.
