Hello. Today, we are at Diyarbakır Mountain Gate, which is called the pearl of the east.

my years come and I am in Diyarbakir, the ancient city I want to see. Had been dreaming of coming here with my daughter for about 3 months. And finally we came to this beautiful city.

This is a very old city. It is a historical city where people from different races, cultures and beliefs live. Thanks to this historical and cultural richness, it attracts many domestic and foreign tourists. The Mountain Gate, where the old walls are located, is definitely a place worth seeing. You admire the art of stonemasonry as you stroll through the narrow streets of old stone-built mansions.

You can feel the beautiful mystical atmosphere of the east in these narrow streets. You see a different beautiful building from every corner. And in every corner you hear music sung in different languages. Rhythms invite you to play even while traveling. You have an unreasonable energy and happiness. You just want to dance and have fun.

Our guide for today is my brother. And he brought us to the famous Nostalgia Cafe here to eat and have fun. This is an old stone mansion. But it's so beautiful. There is live music in the garden in the middle of the mansion. And the guests who come here both eat and dance. There are bands that sing mostly local music. And everybody's dancing. They dance for hours without getting tired. The halay of the local people is very beautiful and very active.

The inside of the cafe is as beautiful as its garden. But I loved the letter section in the garden. I was amazed by the mansion. It looks like the houses in the movies from my childhood. I love old stone buildings. High ceilings, spacious and ostentatious. Diyarbakir is a place that should be seen in gastronomy tourism. They have great food, appetizers and salads. The famous liver kebab here. Had to eat early in the morning.

Merhaba. Bugün doğunun incisi olarak adlandırılan Diyarbakır Dağ Kapıdayız.

Benim yıllardır gelmek ve
görmek istedigim Kadim şehir Diyarbakırdayım. Kızımla yaklaşık 3 aydır buraya gelmenin hayalini kuruyordu. Ve sonunda bu güzel şehire geldik.

Burası çok eski bir şehir. Farklı ırktan, kültürden ve inançtan insanların yaşadığı tarihi bir şehir. Bu tarihi ve kültürel zenginliği sayesinde çok fazla yerli ve yabancı turistin ilgisini çekiyor. Özellikle eski surların bulunduğu Dağ Kapı kesinlikle görülmeye değer bir yer. Eski taş yapı konakların bulunduğu dar sokaklarda gezerken taş ustalığı sanatına hayran kalıyorsunuz.

Doğunun o güzel mistik havasını bu dar sokaklarda hissediyorsunuz. Her köşeden farklı bir güzel yapı görüyorsun. Ve her köşede farklı dillerde söylenen müzikleri duyuyorsunuz. Ritimler sizi gezeken bile oynamaya davet ediyor. Sebebsiz bir enerji ve mutluluk duyuyorsunuz. Sadece dans etmek ve eğlenmek istiyorsunuz.

Bu gün ki rehberimiz abim. Ve bizi burada meşhur olan Nostalji Cafeye yemek yemek ve eğlenmek için getirdi. Burası eski bir taş konak. Ama çok güzel. Konağın ortasındaki bahçe de canlı müzik var. Ve gelen misafirler burada hem yemek yiyor hemde dans ediyor. Daha çok yerel müzik yani türkü söyleyen gruplar var. Ve herkes halay çekiyor. Yorulmadan saatlerce halay çekiyorlar. Yöre halkının halayları çok güzel ve çok hareketli.

Cafenin icerside en az bahcesi kadar güzel. Ama ben bahcedeki mektup bölümünü çok sevdim. Konağa hayran kaldım. Çocukluğum daki filmlerdeki evlere benziyor. Ben eski taş binaları çok severim. Yüksek tavanlı, geniş ve gösterişli. Diyarbakır gastronomi turizminde de bence görülmesi gereken bir yer. Harika yemekleri, mezeleri ve salataları var. Buranın meşhuru ciğer kebabı. Sabah erken saatte yemek gerekiyormuş.

Diyarbakır da ilk günümüz çok güzel geçti. Umarım buraya gelme ve gezme şansınız olur. Biz çok eğlendik ve çok mutlu olduk. Okuduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederim.
