When a person gets angry, the sensors in his head do not work. Wrong thoughts come and anger eventually causes great damage to our mind. As a result of getting angry, we often become very excited and our head is not right. And if a person is not right in his head, he becomes crazy and he can do many things.

I have a real experience in my own life. When I get angry, I lose myself. I lose myself inside my mind and then I become crazy.

A few days ago, when I was very angry, I ended up breaking the cooking stove and other furniture in the house. I even destroyed a lot of things in the room while angry with my wife and I tore her clothes. At one point, all the compensation came from my own pocket. So anger is a very bad boy in our lives and I am the victim.

It is a natural thing for people to get angry in their lives. But of course, we have to control our anger. If we cannot control our anger, then it has a serious and very harmful effect on our lives. In that case, we must keep our heads cool when we are angry and find a solution.

If our anger increases excessively, then we have to take several effective steps. One of them is:

  • If we are angry, we have to stop talking. If we want to reduce our anger as quickly as possible, we will stop talking. After stopping talking, we will lie down on a chair or in the bedroom. Then there is a possibility that our anger will come under control.

  • If the anger is excessive, we will go outside. If we go outside and talk to people, then our anger will come under control, Inshallah.

  • If anger increases excessively, then we should definitely listen to beautiful and preferred songs. If we listen to songs according to our mind's preference, then anger will go away very quickly and we will recover.

If anger increases, then we will eat food very quickly or take a bath. These two ways play a very important role in controlling our anger.

If an argument ever comes up in the middle of the conversation, then we will try to avoid the argument.

So in that case, you should definitely forgive that wrongdoer. If you forgive the wrongdoer, you can quickly regain peace in your mind and there can be no anger in your mind.
