Heart care, diet and what we can do?
The heart is our only support for survival. As long as we live on earth, we have to survive by circulating blood through the heart. If the heart stops circulating blood for some time, then all the arrangements for living in this world will end. Therefore, above all, we have to work for the health of our heart and ensure that it is not damaged.
Currently, our advanced lifestyle is having a serious impact on our body. We constantly want to be healthy and for this, heart health is very important. In that case, we have to follow several rules and constantly struggle to stay healthy.

The only way to survive is to do some physical work for the health of the heart. The best thing we can do for this is physical exercise or light work.
After waking up in the morning, we will drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and then start our physical activities. For this, we can do light exercise in the morning and as a result, the blood circulation in our body will be good. As a result, our heart will be healthy for a few more days and we will be able to keep ourselves healthier and more beautiful.
However, the most effective way to keep our heart healthy is to quit smoking. Smoking reduces the hemoglobin in our blood and as a result, the blood in the body decreases. Moreover, excessive alcohol and smoking cause blood clots in the body. As a result, the heart cannot pump blood very well and in that case there are signs of a heart attack. Moreover, smoking and all products like alcohol cause great harm to our body. In that case, we must quit all alcohol and smoking-related things immediately.

One of the most important physical activities is excess weight. We have to keep an eye on our body so that it does not gain excess weight. In addition to exercising especially in the morning, we have to play sports for some time in the afternoon. By playing sports, our body will sweat and blood circulation will improve. If fat accumulates in any part of the body, we can easily melt it by sweating it out and improve all the internal veins of our body. In that case, we should definitely exercise in the afternoon and participate in football, cricket or any other physical exercise.
We can exercise every day if we want and go to the school field with friends in the afternoon to play sports. There can be no greater joy than playing sports in the open field.
By playing sports, we can keep our body more stress-free. The more stress-free we are, the better our heart will be. Especially to keep our heart healthy, it is very important to have a smile on our face. Whenever we get time or opportunity, we will try to keep our mind happy. Because the only beautiful medicine for the heart is laughter. So there can be no alternative to laughter.

Above all, we should eat vegetables and fruits. If we constantly eat vegetables and fruits, good cholesterol will be produced in our body and we will be able to stay healthy. Above all, we should eat a balanced and vitamin-rich diet. To keep our heart healthy, we can eat garlic and it helps in keeping our blood circulation better.
However, we should avoid some foods. We always like to eat fast food. In that case, we should avoid fast food. Because all these foods are prepared with oil and which are very harmful for us and our body. In that case, we must avoid fast food and keep us away from soft drinks such as Coca-Cola and other soft drinks.
