To be healthy, we must change certain habits. That is, to be healthy, we must wake up early in the morning and constantly change our habits. Many of us go to bed very late and wake up late. This is very bad for our health. And we need to change this habit and go to bed early in the morning and wake up before the sun rises and exercise.
Especially exercise keeps our body safe from about 40 percent of diseases. And morning exercise plays a very important role in keeping the body calm. In that case, we have to change our habits at the right time and if we can change our habits, we will be able to keep our health beautiful and good.
I constantly do more happiness activities to keep myself healthy. Every day I wake up early in the morning and do a little exercise. After exercising, I drink water on an empty stomach and this helps me stay healthy and increase my energy throughout the day. I try to eat in moderation and always get good sleep. And in this way, I am constantly trying to stay healthy and these are again my habits and practices.

Generally, the most important thing to stay healthy is energy and mood. If we want to keep our mood good and make ourselves more powerful, then we must use more of our own energy and increase our concentration. And the only way to use energy is to eat protein foods in moderation.
Many of us have a very bad mood. Even if we say good things, we get mentally damaged and behave very badly. In this case, we must balance our energy to keep our mood right. We must eat a balanced diet and do yoga to keep our mood right.
Our attention plays a crucial role in staying healthy. In that case, if our attention is always calm and there is a specific focus on a balanced diet for the body, then we will be able to maintain our good health.

It is not enough to just be healthy. Along with being healthy, we need to create a good connection with our values. Because if a person is only healthy and his values are not correct, then we can never call that person a complete person. But we have a reason behind this and that is to establish ourselves as a complete person.
If we want to establish ourselves as a complete person, we must first give importance to our values. A person proves to be a complete person only when he has good health and good character and values. So we will always introduce good values to keep our mental health beautiful.
What changes and challenges have you faced over time?
To get good health, we always have to move towards change over time. If we do not move towards change, then we will never be able to maintain our good health and keep our body fit.
In that case, over time, I also had to face some great challenges. Especially when I lost my job, I spent the day sitting only. At that time, my stomach became quite fat and fat accumulated. My stomach looked bigger than my chest and in that case, I noticed a lot of laziness in my health and tried to remove it.
However, finally, I faced a lot of challenges to maintain my health and that was to control my fat.
