Deserted Spring
Along with technology, a lot of things are forgotten. Yes, because of technology life has become amazing but living like every being is part of nature is no more. Human beings are the only animal in this world that doesn't rely too much from nature. No one would argue about getting resources from nature, although, not purely.
Just like how the water spring was getting lonelier. Back in the old days, many people gathered here. Children and adults who were fetching water from it. Before the purified water, spring water was cleaner. It's fun to stay here because of unending conversation; Men and women were washing clothes and at the same time; Children were enjoying the cold water.
It's funny to remember how some children were getting scolded because they didn't ask permission from their parents to take a bath. It was so noisy back then, from the crying of the children and from the mothers who were enjoying talking about their neighbors, etc.
Yes, those were the golden old days that for sure will never be experienced once more. Every house has a faucet to supply water so why go to a water spring to take a bath or wash clothes? There's that purified or mineral water that can be bought that is surely cleaner than a water spring. Of course, there's no reason to fetch in spring anymore. Well, it's true that life became easier and lighter because of technology. It's just that, being part of the community or maybe part of being in nature has been forgotten.
This spring can only be occupied when there's no electricity or when a typhoon causes destruction. Just like 3 years ago when the whole region was like being bombed. Everything was destroyed, electricity and everything was reset. So yeah, back to the old days where technology was absent. But now, everything is back to normal. Expectedly, seldom see many people gather here.
