Great post – your experience is really heart touching. I agree that although government services are accessible and affordable, their quality often suffers due to lack of strict accountability. The examples of schools and hospitals clearly illustrate this conflict: private institutions provide more efficient and caring services to meet market demands, although the cost of services is high, while public institutions fail to maintain the expected standards despite noble intentions. It is a strong call that if we reform the system by combining the best features of both sectors, quality services will not be restricted to the wealthy.
