We're all aware of the toxic sludge that is the online world—trolls, cancel culture, FOMO, and the constant pressure to perform.

Totally get that. It's like we're hooked on the chaos, even when we know it's draining. Hard to look away from the flame, even when it burns.

The irony is, we know it's bad for us, but the fear of missing out, the need for validation, and the addictive nature of constant stimulation keep us hooked
Yeah, it's a vicious cycle. Knowing it's toxic but still craving that hit of dopamine from likes or comments keeps us coming back for more. So hard to break free from it
