It is impossible to know. You can't predict against a mob. We don't know what they are deciding right now. In a moment, 50.001% may decide to rise/fall. This decision may reverse in 2 minutes. In short; We can't know the direction of the price. We bet. And if our prediction is wrong, we take action.
